HUE’s team developed a holistic communications strategy for the People’s Coalition for Safety and Freedom (PCSF) that encompasses digital and traditional communications channels. They took the time to understand who we are as an organization and helped us mobilize and deepen engagement in our network of coalition partners and invested communities on and offline. HUE also helped us think outside of the box by developing a digital influencer strategy to raise awareness about the devastating legacy of the 1994 Crime Bill and took the lead on creative projects – specifically directing and producing a documentary about the People’s Process to draft legislation that replaces the existing crime bill with alternatives and policies proven to keep our communities safe.
